Abstract

 

Introduction: Changes in the business world are currently experiencing increasingly competitive movements towards competition to get a large market share. In creating a quality product, you must apply effective manufacturing methods and in creating a product you must always pay attention to the quality of the product produced. Method: Associative survey research using multiple linear regression analysis testing using SPSS version 22 software. The population used is Elly Bakery MSME employees who are in charge of raw material procurement, cake production and process control. The number of samples used was 30 people taken using the Total Sampling Technique. Results: Partial test (t test) shows that the raw material quality variables and production process have a significant effect on the level of production success and quality control has no effect on the level of production success. Conclusion: This research can provide input for companies to develop further by improving the quality of raw materials and production processes so that the products produced are more optimal.
